Register Your Soccer Players

Registration Instructions
Quincy Youth Soccer has partnered with SportsPilot to process online registration.
New users will need to complete the following steps:
1. Family setup:  You only need to setup your family once when you first register a player in your family. You must use an email address you check regularly
2. Player setup:  You will only need to setup each player in your family once when you first register your player.
3. Register:  You must register your player(s) for the current season.
4. Checkout:  You must checkout and pay via credit card after registering your player(s). ​
​​Registration Reminders and Policies
  • Quincy Youth Soccer cannot guarantee player placement  after deadlines
  • Quincy Youth Soccer will not register or place a player on a team until the player parent pays full registration fee online
  • Quincy Youth Soccer may accept player registrations after the late registration deadline on a case‐by‐case basis and pending availability
  • Any registration requests made after 3/8/2024 for the spring season will only be accepted if there is availability on a team and the cost will be $200 per player 
  • Player parents agree to abide by the Quincy Youth Soccer, South Shore Soccer League, and Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association codes of conduct.
  • Refund policy: 
    • U6 First Kicks program is non-refundable. 
    • For U7 and above, a refund of your registration fee, minus $50 (due to Mass Youth Soccer fees and registration fees) is available up until teams are publicized. Once teams are publicized there are NO refunds. 
IMPORTANT NOTE:  If you choose the email “opt out” option you will NOT receive any correspondence from Quincy Youth Soccer including; important notifications, Rain Cancellations, registration emails, group events etc. Please note that QYS communicates primarily via email (in other words, please don't check the email opt out box!)
